Want a change in your exercise routine? Classes are the perfect compliment and can help keep your body from hitting that dreaded plateau.
Classes are designed for all levels of fitness - exercises are simply modified for beginner and advanced participants.

totZone: OPEN TO ACCOMMODATE CLASS PARTICIPANTS
M-F 6AM-9AM 4PM-8PM
SAT: 9AM-12PM, 2PM-5PM
totZone is FREE TO MEMBERS, $3 PER HOUR FOR NON-MEMBERS
kidZone: OPEN ALL HOURS OF OPERATION. $15 PER MONTH. AGES 5-11.
CLASSES ARE LIMITED IN SIZE - PLEASE PRE-REGISTER AT 320.365.4073 OR AT OUR FRONT DESK.
Members: $4.00 per class
NonMembers: $8.00 per class

Sunrise & Sunset Fusion: These classes are a blend of yoga, tai chi, and deep stretch. Our sunrise fusion will get your heart pumping and blood flowing to prepare you for your busy day. Sunset fusion will help bring your daily stress levels down and prepare you for a good night sleep. All fitness levels welcome!
Pilates: This is a mat-based Pilates class designed for all fitness levels. Set to soft, yet energizing music, our instructor will lead you through a series of exercises meant to get your heart beating, your core strong, and muscles tones and stretched.
Sculpting: Get ready to sweat and work each muscle group! Sculpting is a great way to begin a strength training program. Our class is set to music to keep you going with cardio barbells, dumbbells and steps. Don't worry if you have never participated in strength training before - you determine what weights you want to use for each exercise. Finish off the sculpting class with our signature stretch and you're set for the day!
Core/Stretch: This is the newest addition to our class schedule. You won't find yourself struggling through grueling crunches in this class! Core/Stretch utilized medicine balls and stability balls to ease neck and back stress while working the core. We also implement deep stretching and as always, our signature stretch!
Cardio Step: Music, dance and fun is what this class is all about. Using our low-rise cardio steps, you'll step, mambo and cha cha your way to a lean body. If you can't face the treadmill today, this is the perfect compliment to your exercise routine!!
Kickboxing: No experience necessary for this class! This is an aerobic kickboxing class where you learn basic jabs, punches and kicks. Set to fun, energizing music, this class will have your heart pumping and muscles toning.
Teacher Classes: These have been added to our schedule at the request of local teachers, to allow a workout after class, before you head for home! These are still open to the public and are first-come, first-serve.
